A Happy Hunter !

Black Hawk provides some of the most respected upland hunting guides in the Midwest. They work hard to provide the type and quality of hunt they would expect if they were hunting.
Our guides raise and train their bird dogs specifically for upland bird hunting, and take great pride in their dogs.  Please reserve your guide at least 5 days in advance whenever possible.  Our guides work on tips.
You are encouraged to bring your own trained pointer or retriever.  We all know how satisfying it is to see our own dog point, retrieve and work the fields.  We ask that dogs brought on the property are all caught up on their shots.  If you need some additional training for your dog we offer finish field training or  a referral to a trainer.
Upland hunting clubs are only as good as the quality of their birds, guides and dogs, and this is why Black Hawk is known as the best.
